By using xtremehdiptv.us.org or buying a subscription you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.

The service

A subscription gives you a personal login to stream live channels and on-demand titles in compatible third-party player apps for the length and number of screens you bought. Channel availability can change without notice and individual channels may be temporarily unavailable.

Your account

• Logins are for your household only and may not be resold or shared publicly.
• Playing on more screens at once than your plan allows can lead to suspension.
• You are responsible for your internet connection, devices and apps.

Payment and renewal

Prices are in US dollars and are paid in advance for the full period. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service in line with the laws that apply where you live, and not to record, rebroadcast or redistribute any content.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
