Reporting infringement

We respond to notices that meet the requirements of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send a written notice to support@xtremehdiptv.us.org that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature as the rights holder or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work.
3. Identification of the material or channel you believe infringes and enough detail for us to locate it.
4. Your contact information.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

What we do

On receiving a valid notice we act promptly to remove or disable access to the material identified and, where appropriate, notify the affected party.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice with the same level of detail to the address above.
