What we collect

• Contact details you give us on WhatsApp or by email: usually a name, phone number or email address.
• Order details: the plan, price and payment confirmation. Card data is handled by the payment provider, never stored by us.
• Service data: your username, active connections and the IP address used to stream, needed to run and protect the service.
• Website data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) kept for security.

Why we use it

To deliver your login, answer support requests, prevent account sharing and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.

Third parties

WhatsApp (Meta) carries our chat conversations under its own privacy policy. Payment providers process payments. If live chat is enabled on the site, the chat provider processes the messages you send through it.

Retention

Order and support records are kept for as long as you are a customer and up to 24 months afterwards, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to support@xtremehdiptv.us.org. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws can use the same address to exercise their rights.
